What Can You Expect From Your Appointment?

Each treatment may have certain specifics that may alter your experience slightly. Overall, you can expect the same process each time you visit.

Arrival Time

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we request that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive earlier, please take a seat in the reception area just as you walk through the main door. For your convenience, please use WhatsApp or text us at 07476892880 to let us know you've arrived, and we will notify you when your treatment space is ready.

Make-up

While it's preferable to come to your appointment without makeup, we understand this may not always be possible. If you have makeup on, we will remove this from the treatment areas  and follow  by cleansing the face  prior to your treatment.

Consultation Process

Before any treatment, a thorough consultation will be conducted to ensure your suitability for the procedure. During this in-depth discussion, we will assess your specific needs and goals. As part of this process, we will also take photographs before and after the treatment to create a comprehensive client file. This step allows us to provide a personalised treatment plan tailored to your unique requirements. We value transparency and will discuss all aspects of your treatment, including pricing, during this consultation.

Pre-Treatment Advice

  • To maximise the effectiveness of your treatments and minimise potential side effects, consider the following before your appointment:

Take arnica tablets and antihistamines in the week leading up to your appointment.

  • Avoid Blood-Thinning Substances: To reduce the risk of bruising and bleeding, avoid consuming alcohol, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), and herbal supplements like ginkgo biloba and garlic in the days leading up to your treatment.

  • Apply arnica gel to the treatment area after dermal filler procedures.

  • Stay hydrated and eat before your appointment.

  • Prevent Cold Sores: Let your practitioner know if you are prone to cold sores. Some treatments can trigger outbreaks so preventive medication may be recommended.

  • Schedule your treatment when you can allow for some downtime if needed. While many facial aesthetic treatments require minimal recovery, it's a good idea to have a few days of flexibility in your schedule, just in case.

Age Policy

All clients must be 18 years or older to receive our treatments. Even with parental consent, we do not provide treatments to anyone under 18. If you appear to be under 25, please bring valid identification, as it may be requested for verification.
